Apple Cider Vinegar & other healthy choices

One of my fave new dietary changes!!! I've been taking 2t of ACV & 2t local honey in 1 cup water. I'm not going to get into all the details, but let's just say it is working WONDERS on my body. I have more energy, I'm... ahem.... regular all of a sudden, my skin is clearer, among other fantastic changes. I also started juicing on Thursday. While I haven't been as loyal with this, I know every little bit helps. Hey, one complete change at a time, right? I also have been noshing on raw veggies again- YUM!!! Back to drinking 90+ oz water again too. I was in such a slump, and decided that it was time to GET OUT OF IT!!!! On top of my dietary changes, I've also started to pray differently. I even asked for prayer from a group I like to call my friends!!! God is so good, as long as you believe, trust & try to understand (None of us have to understand, sometimes that's too hard for us humans, but trying opens a whole new world!!!). Have a blessed day. I wasn't going to post again.....

As time is so short right now. But I logged on to check my emails and sat in awe and dropped jaw that I am a weiner... ahem- WINNER! Miss Susan held a lovely little (and very easy) contest for a 3 month sub to Dine Without Whine . THANK YOU Susan! And once again, Merry CHRISTmas my friends!

Prayer request please.....

If you would keep the Brown Family in your prayers, Mrs. Brown's mother passed away. Hubba rec'd a call at 10 til 7 this morning. Mr & Mrs Brown have been through sheer hell the past few weeks taking care of this woman.

What a nice surprise!

I got a phone call today. From Miss V ! She has been helping her sister out, far away from home and has not been on the computer like she used to be. She's been gone for over 3 weeks and should be home the weekend after Thanksgiving! It was sooooo nice to talk to her. She has been having a blast, living on a farm lately. They've been feeding cows, learning how to make apple butter and having a grand ol' prairie homemakin' time! And I know she is looking forward to this weekend when her long lost (actually he's just been at hom, LOL) arrives to be with them through Thanksgiving. I'm looking forward to her arrival home, though. Even have it marked on my calendar! *giggle* PS- eat your heart out Gerrie! LOL
