Tired and worked to death and nothing to show for it!

TODAYYYY........ Mended 2 of my Mum's dresses (they've been sitting there for a few weeks, but have been redecc'ing the bedroom so my sewing area has been a hurricane site), started sewing my bedskirt together, washed/dried/folded/put up 4-5 loads of laundry, moved one of the baby's toy boxes downstairs, cleaned out the closet, filled a few boxes and stickered stuff for a yard sale, packed 3 boxes for ebay, went thru a couple piles of old papers and trashed a shopping bag's worth, moved a couple of plastic dressers into the closet, started pulling stuff from other closets for yard sale, had to call the insurance, and 2 dr's offices for an appt and a referral form, and of course "straightened" the house and took care of the kids and made dinner. And the house is a wreck! Un-instant gratification can be a bear sometimes.... aarrgghh!! There were a couple other things but too tired to think. And BTW, I don't reccommend home waxing to ANYONE!!!!!

Oh what a weekend! (sung to what a nite, December 63)

Friday evening the DH came home, I left to run errands. Got home at 11pm..... Didn't get to bed to 2am.... Got up at 9, worked on a scrapbook I am making as a gift, left to run more errands at about 11:30, after shower and all that fun stuff. Came home around 1:30-2, "relaxed" for a bit waiting for the 2 youngest to get up from naps. We left as a family (good ol' quality family time) to go to the local outlet mall. DH wanted some new video gaming stuff, I needed to go by K-B toys (reason TBA). So we get back home around 4:30-ish. We unload I get the K-B stuff wrapped (more like stuffed in a bag among tissue paper, was feeling lazy!), I head out again at 5:15. This time for the gas station up the road..... Yes, we were out of milk..... So I get back home at 5:30, yell "I'm GOING TO A BIRTHDAY PARTY." My oldest jumps up (that's his cue). We head out the door by 5:40. We go to a place called the Family Fun Center It's rather new and the place is ama...

Today is the first!

Just starting here, so I guess the best thing to do is tell you about my Army Of 5. I am Kayla, SAHM and soon to be homeschooling (as long as all goes well) Mom. I am happily married to my Robert and we have 3 sons. They are Sebastion, age 8; Tristen, age 5; Keenan, age 16 months. They are monsters, I'm sure you'll learn but I wouldn't trade them for anything. Not most days anyway.....
