The Mission:Complete 101 preset tasks in a period of 1001 days.
The Criteria:Tasks must be specific (no ambiguity in the wording) with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined. Tasks must also be realistic and stretching (represent some amount of work on my part).
Why 1001 Days? Many people have created lists in the past - frequently simple goals such as new year's resolutions. The key to beating procrastination is to set a deadline that is realistic. 1001 Days (about 2.75 years) is a better period of time than a year, because it allows you several seasons to complete the tasks, which is better for organizing and timing some tasks such as overseas trips or outdoor activities. So off to her linky I went to punch in my start date of tomorrow (I'll be in bed soon, so I start tomorrow):
From date: Thursday, December 14, 2006Added 1001 days
Resulting date: Thursday, September 10, 2009
This is going to be exciting, and what's really neat- the ending date is the day before my birthday!!

Hope it goes smoothly for you. Enjoy that trip away with your hubba alone!!! :)
Reading your post and writing this comment just gave me an idea - I think I'm going to make a list of places I would like to take my kids to see before they go off to college.
P.S. I came here by way of Lindsey's blog.
