Friday Feast

Appetizer

When you were a child, which crayon color was your favorite?

Oh boy, I can barely remember yesterday much less when I was a kid. IIRC I loved blue for a long long time.

Soup

On a scale of 1 to 10 (with 10 being highest), how likely would you be to change jobs if it required you to move?

I am a Mom & wife, there's not much at this point that would cause a change, job or location wise. Now my Hubba, if her were offered anough money, moving expenses and he wanted it, we would move.

Salad
Take all the numbers in your birthday and your phone number and add them up, one by one. What’s the total?

each individual number equals 76

Main Course
Have you ever “re-gifted” anything? If so, what was it and who did you pass it on to?

I'll never tell ;-)

Dessert
Name something you need from the store.

Groceries. Today's payday so I'll go shopping tomorrow. I've forgotten to get soy sauce for about a month now, so that comes to mind first.

I need some soy sauce too. It is popping up in a few recipes that I want to try. I usually avoid it because I eat a low sodium diet, but they are saying there is a low sodium version of it out there. I may give it a try. Thanks for the reminder :)

The much requested COUPON BINDER! A how-to pictorial

First you start with a LARGE 3-ring binder . I was able to get about a dozen of these for 50-75¢ each at a thrift shoppe, brand new. Mine are from a business complete with logo, but that's ok. 50-75¢ sure beats 8 bucks at Wal-mart. Plus mine DOES have a front pocket, in case I want to make it a bit purtier. Some people prefer a zippered binder. These are GREAT if you can afford the dough for a LARGE one. This one is especially great as it has a handle for carrying. You'll also need some pocket pages . I prefer the 4-per-page pages. The pockets are a little bigger, which is GREAT for those LONG coupons (which stick out, so I fold them in half) and those WIDE coupons, and especially for holding more coupons than their miniature counterparts! Now others have had luck with other pages. They come in 1-pocket (also known as sheet protectors, which we'll be using as well- we'll get to that later), 2 pocket, 4-pocket, 5-pocket, 6-pocket, 8-pocket; 9-pocke t. Anything with more...
