Sorry & Friday's Feast!

I've been without internet since late Wednesday evening. I apologise for not responding to emails and for not getting the comments moderated til now. Thank all of you who dropped by, especially those that left a comment.

I have so much today to get caught up on, tween checking emails, and getting the house in order for our Family Easter Dinner on Sunday! Since a couple weeks ago, when everyone started getting sick, I've been on a downward spiral on the house. Sick, yard sale prep, yard sale, prepping for Easter dinner, prepping for Tristen's party, allergies, and now we're all sick again with this drastic change in the weather.

On to my Friday's Feast:

Appetizer
When you travel, which mode of transportation do you prefer?

We typically travel by car. It's cheaper and we can customise it easier to fit our needs. I would however love to hop on a train with the kids one of these days.

Soup

Have you ever met a blogging friend in person?

No, but I have spoken to a few on the phone and have met a couple of message board folks IRL

Salad
When was the last time you were really, really tired?

Right now. Please see above as to what has been going on the past couple weeks. I was up half of last night with Tristen and most of the night before with Keenan *yawn*

Main Course
If you could have dinner with any one fictional character from a book or movie, who would it be?

Oh, wow, a thinker..... Actually I would probably have to say any character Sean Connery plays, as long as he's not trying to kill me *giggle*

Dessert
Fill in the blank: One day, I hope to see my Grandma. I know I will. She is in Heaven watching over me and while I will, I can't wait to hug her, smell her and touch her. I hope she'll brush my hair *sniff sniff*

What a wonderful feast! Your dessert is really sweet, and you know that she'll welcome you with open arms. I would love for my grandchildren to say that about me someday.

Thanks for stopping by, and hope your weekend is a great one. Happy Easter.

The much requested COUPON BINDER! A how-to pictorial

First you start with a LARGE 3-ring binder . I was able to get about a dozen of these for 50-75¢ each at a thrift shoppe, brand new. Mine are from a business complete with logo, but that's ok. 50-75¢ sure beats 8 bucks at Wal-mart. Plus mine DOES have a front pocket, in case I want to make it a bit purtier. Some people prefer a zippered binder. These are GREAT if you can afford the dough for a LARGE one. This one is especially great as it has a handle for carrying. You'll also need some pocket pages . I prefer the 4-per-page pages. The pockets are a little bigger, which is GREAT for those LONG coupons (which stick out, so I fold them in half) and those WIDE coupons, and especially for holding more coupons than their miniature counterparts! Now others have had luck with other pages. They come in 1-pocket (also known as sheet protectors, which we'll be using as well- we'll get to that later), 2 pocket, 4-pocket, 5-pocket, 6-pocket, 8-pocket; 9-pocke t. Anything with more...
